Why NYYM should be suspended from representation to Wider Bodies

Dear Friend,

I give here, the first and best reason - the tip of the iceberg - born out by the evidence, for New York Yearly Meeting to be suspended from representation to the wider bodies - Friends United Meeting (FUM), Indiana, Friends General Conference (FGC) Philadelphia, and Friends World Committee for Consultation (FWCC) London.

I believe, that consideration of this simple and obvious reason will naturally lead us to the deeper hidden reasons for suspension. Friends from all areas and flavors can consider their own Yearly Societies and their contributions, speaking to the evolving modern financing model of the wider bodies.

And the reason is:

NYYM has, for many years, contributed a financial pittance to wider bodies compared to other neighboring, similar membership sized, but smaller budgeted Yearly Meetings. Why is this?
